These are the terms for using martechtherapy.com and the tools published alongside it. Like the privacy page, they are written to be read. If something here is unclear, ask me and I will fix the wording.

What this covers

  • secondlaw.martechtherapy.com (Entropy Scan)
  • cdpsimulator.martechtherapy.com (CDP Simulator)
  • workshop.martechtherapy.com (Martech Workshop)
  • martechfoundry.com

What you can do with the content

Articles, videos and diagnostics are free to read, watch and use. You can quote and link to them with credit and a link back. You cannot republish them in full, sell them, or present them as your own without asking first.

What the content is, and is not

Everything here is my opinion and experience, written to help you think about martech decisions. It is not legal, financial or procurement advice for your situation. Vendor names, prices and capabilities change; check them before you rely on them. Where an article is sponsored, it says so.

The diagnostics

The Entropy Scan, the CDP Simulator and the Workshop tools give results based on your answers. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict. How your answers are handled is described on the privacy page.

Videos on YouTube

Videos on the Martech Therapy channel are published through YouTube. Watching them there is also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The newsletter

You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Liability

I take care that what I publish is accurate, but I cannot guarantee it is complete or current, and I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, unless the law gives you the right to another court.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the change is described here.
